1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DAVY Powersports website ("Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DAVY Powersports ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Products and Specifications
2.1 Product Line
DAVY Advanced Wheels (L1A, M1A, H1A) are precision-engineered monoblock forged wheels manufactured from proprietary DA 6061-T6 aluminum alloy — a specification that exceeds the performance characteristics of aerospace-grade materials. Each wheel undergoes forging and flow-forming processes to achieve optimal grain alignment, material density, and directional strength.
2.2 Vehicle Compatibility
All DAVY Advanced Wheels are designed and developed specifically for:
- Can-Am Maverick R — 6x139.7mm bolt pattern
- Polaris RZR Pro R — 5x114.3mm bolt pattern
All models are available in +28mm offset (ET28) and 15"x7" sizing. It is your responsibility to verify fitment compatibility prior to purchase. While other vehicles with matching bolt patterns and hub diameters may technically accept DAVY wheels, such applications are not recommended, tested, or warranted.
2.3 Beadlock Configuration
All DAVY Advanced Wheels are available in both standard and Beadlock variants. Beadlock configurations include a forged DA 6061-T6 ring secured by 24 stainless steel fasteners interfacing with heli-coil inserts.
2.4 Included Hardware
All DAVY Advanced Wheels ship with DAVY-designed hardware included: M12x1.5mm open-end lug nuts with zinc flake coating.
2.5 Load Rating
All DAVY Advanced Wheels are load-rated to 1,800 lbs per wheel. Each design is validated through SAE J175 Lateral Impact Testing, Inner Rim Impact Testing (derived from SAE J1981), Lateral Stiffness and Modal Analysis, and Dynamic Fatigue and Durability Testing.
2.6 Surface Finish
All DAVY wheels are delivered in a raw, tumbled, material-forward finish — no coatings, paints, or surface treatments. This is a deliberate engineering decision: added coatings increase weight and may alter thermal behavior, fatigue performance, and the precise strength-to-weight balance that defines DAVY engineering.
2.7 Product Serialization
Each DAVY wheel is individually serialized, ensuring full traceability from material selection through machining, finishing, and final inspection.
2.8 Product Images and Descriptions
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual appearance may vary due to manufacturing processes, monitor calibration, and environmental lighting. We strive for accuracy in all specifications but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
3. Road Use Restrictions
3.1 Off-Road Use Only
DAVY wheels are designed exclusively for side-by-side (SxS) and UTV platforms. They are not certified for on-road use and do not carry DOT, JWL, or VIA certification.
3.2 Beadlock Legality
Beadlock wheels are never road-legal in the United States. Operating beadlock-equipped vehicles on public roadways may result in citations, fines, or other legal consequences. Some states permit UTVs in limited "transition zones," but this does not constitute road-legal certification for wheels or vehicles.
3.3 Assumption of Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle and any modifications comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Made-to-Order Production Model
4.1 Production Philosophy
Every DAVY wheel is machined to order from forged blanks, then individually inspected and serialized. This model ensures:
- Latest specification delivery — No legacy inventory; every wheel reflects current revision with the latest refinements from lab and field testing
- Enhanced quality control and traceability — Complete chain of custody from billet to box
- Reduced waste — Resources invested in better forgings, tighter tolerances, and smarter testing rather than warehoused inventory
4.2 Availability
Because DAVY wheels are machined to order, they are always available. Our business model does not rely on bulk inventory or limited stock. However, lead times vary based on order volume and production capacity.
4.3 Lead Times
Current machining and shipping estimates are displayed on product pages and during checkout. Pre-order customers should anticipate approximately 6-week production lead time following commencement of manufacturing, with total delivery approximately 8 weeks from production start.
4.4 Reserve Stock
DAVY maintains a limited reserve of forged blanks exclusively for fast-turn warranty replacements and priority service situations.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Currency and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after order placement.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and additional payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent authorization to use the selected payment method and authorize charges for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.
5.3 Financing
Financing options may be available through third-party providers such as Affirm. All financing is subject to credit approval and governed by the terms and conditions of the respective financing provider. DAVY Powersports bears no responsibility for third-party financing terms, rates, approvals, or decisions.
5.4 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied based on shipping destination and current tax regulations.
6. Orders and Fulfillment
6.1 Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: production capacity constraints, pricing or specification errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6.2 Order Modifications and Cancellations
DAVY takes a customer-first approach. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will work with you to accommodate requests where production status permits. Once machining has commenced on your specific order, modifications may be limited or subject to fees.
6.3 Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a production slot for your specific wheel set. Your order is never waiting on inventory — only on machining and quality control sequencing.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping Origin
All DAVY wheels are manufactured in Vista, California and ship from our production partner's facility in Southern California.
7.2 Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States via major carriers including DHL and FedEx.
7.3 International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations. International orders ship via DHL or FedEx. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7.4 Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information from our shipping partner. Real-time tracking is available from pickup through final delivery. If tracking information is not updating, allow 24-48 hours for carrier system synchronization before contacting support.
7.5 Address Accuracy
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. Pre-shipment address corrections can be made directly. Post-shipment corrections require carrier coordination and may incur additional fees or delays.
7.6 Inspection Upon Delivery
You are responsible for inspecting packaging and product condition upon delivery. If you observe damage to the shipping container or product, document the condition with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.7 Damaged Shipments
For shipments arriving damaged, photograph the packaging and product condition and contact us immediately. Documentation enables carrier claim processing and expedites replacement fulfillment.
7.8 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. The DAVY Commitment — Warranty
8.1 Warranty Coverage
The DAVY Commitment is our no-questions-asked lifetime warranty for the original owner. Our wheels are engineered to take real punishment — "abuse is the use case" — and we stand behind every wheel we manufacture.
If you ever manage to break a DAVY wheel, we will replace it. No fine print. No friction.
8.2 Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number (if available), wheel serial number, description of the issue, and photographs documenting the condition. Priority warranty claims are processed through our dedicated support system.
8.3 Replacement Turnaround
We maintain reserve forged blank inventory specifically for warranty fulfillment. Our target is to have replacement wheels shipped within 5 business days of claim approval.
8.4 Transferability
Because each DAVY wheel is individually serialized, warranty coverage may transfer to subsequent owners. Contact us with the wheel serial number for verification and warranty registration transfer.
8.5 Proof of Purchase
If you have lost your proof of purchase, we can verify authenticity and ownership via the unique serial number engraved on each wheel. Provide the serial number and any purchase details you recall, and our team will assist.
8.6 Warranty Exclusions — Surface Treatments
Powder-coating or anodizing DAVY wheels is NOT recommended and will void warranty coverage.
These processes involve heat application that reverses the T6 heat treatment, fundamentally compromising the forged alloy's engineered strength characteristics. Non-thermal painting is permissible but adds weight and is undertaken at your own discretion.
8.7 Inspection and Evaluation
If you observe damage, deformation, cracks, or any condition causing concern about wheel integrity, discontinue use and contact us for evaluation. If you don't trust the wheel, we don't trust the wheel — send it in for assessment or replacement.
9. Returns and Exchanges
9.1 Return Eligibility
Due to the made-to-order nature of DAVY products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products may be eligible for return if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The product does not match the specifications of your confirmed order
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
9.2 Non-Returnable Conditions
The following are generally not eligible for return:

9.3 Return Process
Contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions if your return is approved. Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.
9.4 Return Shipping
If the return results from our error or a manufacturing defect, we will provide prepaid return shipping. For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
9.5 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days following receipt and inspection of returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Motorsports Risk Acknowledgment
Off-road motorsports and UTV operation are inherently dangerous activities involving risks of property damage, personal injury, and death. By purchasing and using DAVY products, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with motorsports and off-road vehicle operation.
10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE DAVY COMMITMENT WARRANTY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.3 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAVY POWERSPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, VEHICLE DOWNTIME, COMPETITION RESULTS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS.
10.4 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10.5 Professional Installation Recommendation
We strongly recommend all DAVY products be installed by a qualified professional with experience in UTV wheel and tire service. Improper installation may result in product failure, vehicle damage, personal injury, or death. DAVY Powersports is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation.
10.6 Pre-Use Inspection
You should visually inspect wheels and related components before each use. Do not operate on products exhibiting cracks, bends, deformation, unusual vibration, or any condition causing concern. Discontinue use and contact us for evaluation.
11. Product Maintenance
11.1 Cleaning
Use mild automotive soap and water with a microfiber cloth or soft plastic-bristle brush. Avoid steel wool, abrasive pads, or Scotch-Brite materials that may scratch the surface. Rinse thoroughly to remove brake dust, grime, and potentially corrosive contaminants including salt, tar, and iron particles.
11.2 Chemical Restrictions
Do not use acidic wheel cleaners, iron-removal sprays, or aggressive detergents unless explicitly validated for bare aluminum alloy. Such chemicals can damage the raw aluminum surface or alter material properties.
11.3 Protective Coatings
If you choose to apply protective wax or ceramic coating, ensure the product is compatible with bare aluminum and consult DAVY guidelines. Any coating changes weight, heat dissipation, and fatigue characteristics.
11.4 Post-Ride Inspection
After hard impacts, jumps, ledge strikes, rock contact, or any incident producing visible marks, thoroughly inspect wheels for cracks, gouges, pitting, deformation, or corrosion. Contact DAVY for professional evaluation if any damage is observed.
11.5 Storage
If wheels are removed for storage, ensure they are clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry environment, ideally mounted on tires or with protective packaging.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Ownership
All Site content including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs, engineering data, and software is the property of DAVY Powersports or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

13. Authenticity Verification
13.1 Serial Number Verification
Every DAVY wheel is individually serialized with a unique identifier engraved on the wheel. Authenticity can be verified by matching the serial number against your order details or by contacting us directly.
13.2 Second-Hand Purchases
If you purchased DAVY wheels through resale channels, contact us with the serial number for authenticity verification and warranty registration.
14. Sales Channels
14.1 Direct-to-Consumer
All DAVY products are sold direct-to-consumer through our website. We do not currently operate through authorized dealers or retail distribution.
14.2 Future Partnerships

16.5 Limitation Period
Any claim arising from or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
17. Environmental Commitment
17.1 Material Recyclability
Every DAVY wheel is infinitely recyclable. We encourage return of end-of-life wheels to maintain alloy purity and quality within our material ecosystem.
17.2 Packaging
DAVY packaging contains no plastic, no foam, and no landfill waste — only fully curbside-recyclable protective materials engineered for shipping durability.
17.3 Sustainability Philosophy
Sustainability at DAVY is integrated into materials selection, production processes, and packaging design — not a marketing initiative but an engineering responsibility.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAVY Powersports, its officers, directors, employees, agents, manufacturing partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
